I will take enough images for you to use for your listing and advertising between 10-20 images for a standard 4 bedroom property
Please note each property is different which different for sizes and square meterage which will make a difference in the amount of deliverable files.
Images will be delivered via a digital download file for you to keep.
What is my technique and Style?
Depending on the amount of natural light we have at the property I will make the decision on wether or not I introduce flash, normally I use a technique called Multi Bracketed Shooting, this is where I will talk multiple exposures on one angle and blend together in post editing.
How long does it take?
I like to take my time so I can get a feel for the property or space that I am working with. I like to talk a short walk around and look at the layout and get a feel for the property so that I can photograph its best angles!
I would estimate roughly 1-1.5 hours for a standard size home.
Editing & Delivery
from the time I photograph your property and have them edited and delivered please allow 2 days for delivery at least.
